YELLOW 2000 is suitable for kinematics subjected to high loads in the presence of water and humidity, particularly when it is necessary to significantly extend the lubrication intervals. 

DESCRIPTION

YELLOW 2000 is a lithium/calcium anhydrous soap based grease with highly refined lubricant mineral oils. It has a high viscosity and is mixed with synthetic oils of polymeric nature. YELLOW 2000 contains EP additives (free of heavy metals) and a balanced set of anti-oxidant and anti rust additives.The addition of a viscosity improver gives the grease a strong adhesion to the organs which have to be lubricated, significantly increasing its resistance to washout and humidity.

APPLICATIONS

YELLOW 2000 is used for the lubrication of bearings (not high speed, approximately <5x105), pins, bushings etc. Generally for all kinematics subjected to high loads in the presence of water and humidity. For example in earth moving and agricultural fields, particularly when it is necessary to significantly extend the lubrication intervals.
